This CRL Bohle Circle Cutter for Repetitive Cuts has a diameter range from 3/8 to 7-1/4 inches (10 to 185 millimeters) for glass thicknesses from 1/6 to 1/4 inches (2 to 6 millimeters). This tool has been especially developed to cut small, round glass parts in series. A stopper rail ensures the uniform guidance of the glass strip. The wheel holder with trailing cutting wheel (135° cutting angle) is replaceable. The ball-bearing cutting head produces excellent breaking edges also in the smaller diameter range. When using different cutting angles (from 120° to 165°), hard glasses as well as thin glasses can be easily cut. Open cuts are possible which considerably facilitates the breaking out of the parts.
