For Swinging Shower Door Enclosures

We use premium quality shower door hinges, pulls, seals, and panel mounts (where applicable). Each hardware item is available in a wide variety of finishes (colors). Shown below are our recommended standard hardware types. Other styles are available upon request.

Standard Hinge for Doors Widths Up To 24" - CRL Geneva 037

The CRL Geneva Series of professional hinges is able to accommodate 3/8 to 1/2 inch (10 to 12 millimeter) glass. They are available in a large variety of finishes (colors) and] 11 styles, including Wall Mount and Glass-to-Glass types, gives design flexibility. They are made of solid brass with all moving parts (pins and springs) in stainless steel. Geneva Hinges are self-centering, and contain a Reversible 5º Pivot Pin. In addition, Custom Pivot Pins are available to accommodate "off angle" installations.

Additional Product Information:
Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Geneva Hinge contains a Reversible Pivot Pin. One side of the Pin is marked 90º. The opposite side is marked 85º. Standard Geneva Hinges come with the 90º side activated. Offset Models come with the Pin pre-set to 85º (5º tighter closure into shower interior). The Pin can be rotated (not flipped upside down) to activate the other side.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom Pivot Pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) are available to accommodate "off-angle" installations. If the 5º Reversible Pivot Pin contained in the hinge does not assist in closing the door to the position desired, you may specify the angle needed for a Custom Pivot Pin (up to 45º). If using the Custom Pivot Pin, contact our Technical Sales Department. Your glass sizes and the aesthetics of the enclosure may be affected by the use of the Custom Pivot Pin.

Standard Hinge for Doors Widths Over 24" - CRL Vienna 037

The CRL Vienna Series of professional hinges is designed to accommodate 3/8 to 1/2 inch (10 to 12 millimeter) glass. Available in both Wall Mount and Glass-to-Glass styles, it provides design flexibility. Vienna Series Hinges are constructed of solid brass with all moving parts (pins and springs) in stainless steel. Two strategically placed pins inside the hinge provide template options, and satisfy two schools of thought for mounting shower door hinges. It allows the Vienna Hinge to be used with it's own CRL "mouse-ears" cut-out, or in some cases fit competitive "mouse-ear" cut-outs. On the other hand, to enable increased adjustability, the two pins can be removed which allows the Vienna Hinge to fit it's own CRL rectangular shape, square cornered cut-out, or in some cases, fit competitive rectangular shaped, square cornered cut-outs.

Using two hinges with 3/8 or 1/2 inch glass (10 or 12 millimeters) the hinge will hold up to 110 pounds (50 kilograms) with a maximum width of 36 inches (914 millimeters).

Using three hinges with 3/8 or 1/2 inch glass (10 or 12 millimeters) the hinge will hold up to 140 pounds (63 kilograms) with a maximum width of 36 inches (914 millimeters).

Standard Pull Handle - CRL BM8X8 Tubular Back-To-Back

This CRL Tubular Back-To-Back Pull Handle is constructed of 1.5 mil thick brass tubing. Stylish 1-1/4 inch (2.75 millimeter) diameter metal washers come with the Handles, as well as nylon spacer washers to protect against glass-to-glass contact. Consists of one pull for each side of the door.

• 3/4 inch (19 millimeter) Diameter Heavy Brass Tubing (1.5 mil thick)
• 1-1/4 inch (31.75 millimeter) Diameter Metal Washers and Plastic Washers
• Decorative Metal Washers Also Serve to Cover Any Hole Defects in Glass
• Fits Glass Thickness: 1/4 to 1/2 inch (6 to 12 millimeter)
• Hole Diameter Required: 1/2 inch (12 millimeter)
